Home Air Duct

There were no drawings detailing the ducts in my building (3-story condo) so there was quite a bit of troubleshooting involved to identify where my dryer was venting. Mike was VERY patient and methodical. He found the dryer duct to my individual unit and solved my problem quickly. He really knows his stuff!

Very well. Job became complicated and Home Air Duct stuck with it until problem solved.

THE FIRST SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT WAS ON A DAY THERE WAS A MAJOR SNOW STORM SO BOTH MIKE AND I AGREED THAT IT WOULD BE BETTER TO RESCHEDULE. I WAS ABLE TO RESCHEDULE WITHIN A WEEK. MIKE AND CHRIS SHOWED UP ON TIME AND BEGAN WORK RIGHT AWAY. THEY WERE VERY CONSIDERATE AS TO THE CARPETING TAKING GREAT CARE NOT TO DAMAGE IT OR GET IT DIRTY. THE JOB TOOK A LITTLE OVER TWO HOURS-WHICH WAS RIGHT ON. MIKE SAID BETWEEN TWO AND THREE HOURS. THEY WERE ALSO VERY GOOD ABOUT PUTTING EVERYTHING BACK TOGETHER WHEN THEY WERE DONE. THE ACTUAL PRICE WAS HIGHER THAN THE ESTIMATE BECAUSE I DECIDED TO ADD THE SANITIZING TO MORE OF THE HOUSE THAN ORIGINALLY PLANNED. MIKE MADE SURE I KNEW THE PRICE BEFORE ANYTHING WAS DONE.

Mike was very friendly and accommodating. He explained the process in detail. Both over the phone and once he was at the house. He has worked with several other companies to learn the best methods before starting his own business. The vacuum he used was 20 hp which worked quickly and efficiently. We have a split level townhouse with three bedrooms and it took about two hours to complete. He cleaned all the air ducts, returns & the dryer vent. He even looked over the furnace to make sure it was working well. He was extremely flexible and courteous. His smile is contagious.
