We hired Great Roofing LLC to do work on our deck and we are very happy with the results. Our deck is beautiful and will last for many years. Tom and Mike were very professional and punctual. The work they did is great and I would recommend this company for any home improvement you might need.

Complete satisfaction & high regards to the Great Roofing Team! Suspected that our roof needed replacing and placed a call to several roofing companies. Mike returned my call within an hour and an appointment was made for the next day. My suspicions were confirmed, so I arranged for my insurance agent to visit and Mike returned, so they could review the damage together. All agreed that a new roof was needed. Mike put everything in motion and within one week (rainy days included) we had our new roof installed. The Great Roofing Team are professional, meticulous and take pride in their work. They are polite and friendly and provided answers to all of my questions. I learned this is a long time family owned business. The crew arrived about 30 minutes early and was very professional and thoughtful of the property, using tarps to cover plants and sheets of plywood to protect the glass of an enclosed patio. Upon completion of the roof, all trash was completely cleaned  up and hauled away. A magnet was used around the perimeter of the house for nails, etc.  A major job completed in under 6 hours.

The experience that I had with the team a Great Roofing was nothing more than spectacular!  Mike and Tom were extremely responsive and hands on during the entire process.  This made the process (which is stressful) very easy and satisfying.  The Great Roofing Team was out within 2 days of my request, Mike walked my wife and I through the entire process step by step.  The Great Roofing Team completed the entire job within 2 days!  The onsite foreman would keep me updated on the progress every few hours to ensure I understood exactly what they were doing.  There was one instance that I was concerned seeing a hole in the roof...yikes.  The team at Great roofing showed me the wear and tear on the roofing board and showed how this would become unstable in the near future.  They did that with an additional issues that were discovered during the process.  Made me and family feel incredibly safe.  There was no mess or loose shingles, nails etc...laying around.  The team from Great Roofing had onsite garage pick up.  All in all if you are going to replace your roof...call the Team at Great Roofing you will be extremely happy you did!

They were my second contractor. Neither the insurance adjuster nor the first contractor asked to go into the attic to verify the source of the leak. Mike returned my call in one hour, set up a day and time for an estimate. He showed up on time and let me know right away that he might need access to the attic to verify the leak location. Mike found the leak the insurance adjuster and first contractor missed, explained to me what needed to be done and the cost, and took the time to explain to me that the new shingles would not be an exact match because of the age of my roof, and showed me samples of what was available. He called me the day before the crew showed up to let me know when they were coming. Both Mike and his crew leader were personable and professional. WIsh I had called them first.

I contacted Great Roofing to get an estimate to replace my hail damaged roof. They called back rasther quickly and repeatedly. I set up an appointment to get an estimate. They arrived when they were scheduled to. I spoke to the company reps and they gave me a verbal quote for the job, but no itemized quote covering what exactly would be performed or anything in writing for me to review. ( ALL the other companies prepared written, itemized contracts for me to review) THe company rep did have all of the insurance and workmans comp forms, buit kept pushing me to hire them because they were Veterans.

Before I could call Great Roofing, they called me to about the job. When I informed the company rep I had chosen anothr company, he asked who. I infromed him I was not going to tell him who ( I did not feel it was any of his business) and he made an angry statement and hung up on me.

After he hung up on me, I attempted to call him back ( went to voicemail). I left a message stating he hung up on me before I could even explain why I had chosen another company. I further explained I did not feel it was his business who the contract had been given to and I felt he treated me VERY unprofessionally.

After being treated like that I was glad I did not choose Great Roofing for the job. It has been a looong time since I have been talked to thet rudely and unprofessionally by anyone.

Although they were propmt for their appointmant and nearly the most affordable, I chose another company for other reasons nad now gald that I did.
By the way, the company I chose is owned by and employs Veterans.

Very happy with their work. It was completed quickly, bringing in extra help when necessary.
They were very accomadating, changing the shingle order after initial delivery when our Homeowners Association requested that a different shingle be used.
A representative from the company was available when needed to facilitate insurance payment issues.
Very easy to deal with.
We have had positive comments from neighbors on the roofing job.
