Animal Care Clinic

We do take them there for their annual checkups. We've been using them since 1997, so we've used a lot of individual, different veterinarians from them over that time. We've never had a bad experience. During this long period of time I've had two surgeries done by them on cats. The most recent of those was probably two years ago. They don't particularly like going to the vet. Cats are shy animals, basically, but the people there really seem to care about animals, and I've never had any concerns that they weren't doing the right thing. It does seem to be fairly easy, if the animal needs some immediate attention, they're always able to provide that.

They were great with my pet. We were there yesterday and they were phenomenal. They are wonderful. They treat pets just like family. They are very caring and they don't rush you with what you need to do. They also explain everything to me. I have been there for 12 years. They are always on time. I don't leave there without having all my questions asked.

Though we initially started off seeing a different vet who is no longer with Animal Care Clinic, we now see Dr. Hoyt... She is beyond amazing! Not only is the staff knowledgeable and friendly, they go out of their way to make each person and animal feel comfortable and remembered. Our youngest dog, Otis, had several health issues when we first adopted him from TLC in Homer Glen including HPV, worms, parasites, mange etc. The clinic worked with us to resolve all of these problems with the utmost care AND they were cognizant of working within our budget. Everytime we return, Otis waits eagerly at the door for Dr. Hoyt to come in and she always reminds us of a story of him as a puppy. Dr. Hoyt is personable, relatable and extremely intelligent in her field. We live in Brookfield which is a good 40 minute drive but we have never even considered changing vets.

Gave been going to Animal Care Clinic for the past 13 years. All vets and assistants are friendly and professional. As my dogs are getting older now Dr. O'Brien and the other vets have taken great care to maintain their health so they can "grow old gracefully".

Terrible they could Not tell me what to do because They could not find GUSSIES records because everything was being put on computer! Couls not tell me WHAT MEDICATION THEY HAD PREVIOUSLY SOLD US FOR hie and quot;STRESSand quot; and Diarehha!

They're just good people. They are always polite and caring. Highly recommended.

I have been taking my 3 dogs to this vet for thirteen years on and off. They are professional and have a very good bed side manner. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone in the area.

I think that they are very good. You have to make appointments, which are generally on time. The doctors and the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, and I think that their prices are very fair.

They are always eager to help and have the pet's best interest at heart. They are so gentle and compassionate with every animal. The place has a great atmosphere and the staff is hard working and friendly as well. They get you in and out as quickly as they can and their prices are reasonable as well.

They were very friendly. They answered all of my questions and concerns. One of the vets even gave me a book about cats that was very helpful and I gave it back when I was done with it.
