Westbrook Internal Med

This company installed a roof for us, it started leaking badly after 18 months, they refused to do anything about it. Avoid at all costs, they are crooks!

My last appointment with Westbrook Internal Med was fine. The doctor was patient and willing to work with me on my different needs.

I've been going to him for several years.  Dr. Hsu really listens to me and takes the time to ask questions when making a proper diagnosis.  Furthermore, he has a personable manner, it's easy getting in to see him, and he has a genuine interest in my well-being which I appreciate.

He is highly recommended. We absolutely love Dr. Hsu. This physician sits there and listens to you and actually talks to you as a person. He doesn't treat you as though you are just a patient. He treats you as though you are someone that matters. He listens, pays attention to you, and talks to you as a person. He treats you as a person. In general, the wait time is minimal. It's normal. If you have an appointment, they are pretty close to meeting the appointment time unless something delays them. The staff in general is really considerate. There is one person in the staff that I'm not crazy about. She's just harsh and doesn't really have any tact whenever she talks to people. The rest of the staff has always been pleasant.

Great! Dr. Kogan was punctual. He is a teaching doctor, so his knowledge is up to the minute.
He had an assistant and (with my permission) allowed her to perform some cognitive tests.

His provides excellent service.  He is just very efficient and provides personalized service.

I think he is a good doctor, I have been satisfied with him, and he keeps me on track if I forget to come in for something. The office is great and there is never a long wait.

The staff is about average. The doctor listens to his patients.

His diagnostic skills are exceptional and if needed, he refers me to specialists that are excellent doctors in their specialities. I have complete confidence in him and his staff. Everyone is friendly and the care is always excellent.

He was thorough and asked follow-up questions about matters I had raised during previous visits without me bringing the subjects up again. I have been going to him for many years and continue to do so even though he is not in my network.

He is punctual and persuasive. He is a teaching doctor so there are always RA's assisting. Also, he is on the board at St. Alexis.

My last visit was for general check up. The overall experience was fine. His is responsiveness and very professional.

I love Dr. Hsu! He is great! He listens, and takes as much time as necessary. I am very confident with any diagnosis, or treatment he provides. He diagnosed and treated a thyroid problem that I have. I will continue to use him in the future.
