 + -1 moreMark and his crew did a great job. They arrived early in the day and worked until the job was done. All waste material was hauled away the same day. Any yard debris was removed as well. GREAT VALUE! Mark is a very honest and hard working professional who runs an old school business with old school results! I highly recommend him to all.
Description of Work: Complete tear off of old roof. Inspected and replaced any rotten plywood. Installed ice and water shield. Used #15 felt underlayment. Owens Corning Architectural Lifetime Warranty Shingles. Replaced all mushroom vents. Installed new soil stack flashing.
