fI called Jim on 9/2/15 to see if he had availability the next day to install a dining room chandelier. While waiting for his return call, another electrician called and we set up a 7 a.m. appt. time for the next day, 9/3. Then Jim called 10 minutes later and I had to tell him that he wasn't needed this time after all. On 9/3, the electrician originally scheduled to perform the work did not come and did not call. So, I called Jim and he called back promptly and told me that he could possibly do our installation after his regular work that day. Jim called as promised after his job was completed for the day and came to install the light fixture. Jim and his assistant quickly assembled the light fixture and then removed the old fixture and installed the new fixture. Total time for both was around 15 to 20 minutes. They did a great job, the fixture looks terrific, it is centered well and at the right height. Clean up was very good also. I was really grateful for the quick response and work as I needed the light to teach a student that evening in my home. Jim also looked at my kitchen lights and gave me some recommendations for future light installations. He was pleasant, efficient and professional throughout the job. I highly recommend Jim for any of your future electrical needs.

I called them and left a message. Someone called me back the next day and said they would call the following week with a date to come out. They never called back. I had called 5 electricians altogether and most of them never returned my call. The post light in the back yard had not worked for some time and the homeowners assoc was going to fine me if I didn't get it fixed by the end of Sept. I called the assoc to say I couldn't get anyone out to fix it. They gave me another month. My property mgr said she had called Tri-J and talked to the owner, Jim. I was to call him and set up an appt. I did that and Jim said he would come out the following week. He didn't call back and I was about to call my property mgr again when he called back on Mon Oct 1st. I had told him that the only day I wasn't available was Wed. He could only come out on Wed. Since the light was outside he said he would come anyway. I thought he would have to dig up the wiring because everything else had been replaced.

JIM AND JIM (AND JEFF) WERE TERRIFIC! VERY RESPONSIVE TO PHONE CALLS (EVEN THE EMERGENCY SWIMMING POOL WIRING WHICH WAS NOT IN THE SCOPE OF THE PROJECT, BUT THEY TOOK CARE OF IT FOR US PRONTO). THEY ARE PROMPT, PERSONABLE, PROFESSIONAL, AND ALL WORK PASSED VILLAGE INSPECTION. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THEM FOR ANY FUTURE NEEDS.
