They wouldn't allow me to talk to corporate headquarters and said they do not have a phone number or an email for them. I know they do so this is a lie. They were rude, nasty, hateful, yelled at me, called me a liar and more. I kept telling them all I ever wanted to know was what options I might have in a new mattress and to please explain the difference in mattresses. No one could or would do that. The salesman was ignorant of the different mattresses and he was the one who got to make the decision on what we got. He yelled at me, he was very rude, ignorant, acted like a used car salesman. I will never allow him in my house again and I was afraid to be alone with him. I emailed and called over and over to try to talk to someone in management and all I ever got was a clerk or accounting manager or sales manager but no one in upper management with any authority. I checked online and found massive complaints against Serta. Usually for not honoring the warranty but a lot for the cheapness and lack of quality in the mattresses. Most did not and do not last over a year. Some only last a month or two. My first one lasted about 3 years before it got too bad. But it was still better than the other 2 they sent to me after. My first mattress I bought in my married life lasted longer than any of these and that one cost about $300.00 and lasted over 10 years. Another I bought cost $500 and lasted 6 years. None of those were Serta. I filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney General consumer complaints department against Serta for fraud.
