R3 was wonderful to work with! Taylor has a great eye for what looks good together and can help you find anything from handles to paint colors to cabinets in your price range. James is super friendly and delivers exactly on what he promises. He provides you with options and allows you to pick what works best for your home and preferences. All of the workmen that came through the house worked hard, were courteous of the space, and made sure to clean up well at the end of the day. The remodel has changed our family dynamic for the better and I couldn't be more happy with the end result!

My mother recently decided to remodel her kitchen but was nervous about who to trust. I came across R3 website and was impressed by the quality of work that was posted. My mother fell in love with R3’s kitchen remodels and decided to redo her entire home. James the contractor always kept us updated with any concerns R3 came across while remodeling and corrected them immediately. In the end, my mother moved back in to a brand new home in no time. All I can say is R3 gives you a reassuring feeling and trust during the remodeling process. She cannot thank you guys enough for making this process easy. ??

Bathroom was okay. We chose tile that looked like wood planks and they were not installed square to the room. The water heater replacement was done by a plumber that was hired by R3 Contracting. They removed our old one and destroyed a pipe hooked up to the air conditioner that routed water into a drain. The plumber ignored this and installed the new water heater. after about a month when it started to get warm out the AC had been on and pumping water into our floors destroying them. R3 refused to take responsibility even with the evidence and pictures provided and forced us to go through insurance. They sent a long message to us saying they refused to take responsibility and it was extremely unprofessional as they tried to be buddy buddy with us. I would not recommend because if they end up breaking something they clearly won't work to make it any better. Worst thing they would of had to do was run it through their insurance and cover our deductible

Our experience with R3 was phenomenal and we couldn't be more thrilled about the end results. We had them tear down 2 walls, replace carpet floors to laminate, renovate the bathroom, remodel our kitchen convert a loft into a bedroom and make a closet into a mudroom. The final result was outstanding- it seemed like a brand new house! The turnaround time for completion was exceptional and James and his team kept open communication throughout the entire process so we knew what to expect weekly. We highly recommend R3 Contracting for your renovation needs; they are super accommodating, kept open communication, timely, and made the process seamless as possible. You won't be disappointed!
