I recommend them. We bought two cars there, and have been going there since 2008. We are sold. We like the service, and the way we are treated. We like the vehicle. I would defiantly recommend them to go. The workers are professional, very good. Always very good.

My son had an awful experience with this dealership. He received a $2,000+ estimate for a brake job that looked like a kid was doodling on a piece of paper, and then was threatened and harassed about returning a loaner that clearly from the paperwork that was signed was not due back until yesterday. My son had work commitments that did not allow him to return the loaner until then. They did everything from call me and tell me that they had reported the car as stolen (this was a lie), threaten to not release his car even when he paid the bill because they said it was unsafe (backed off this when I said I would call my attorney), to threatening to charge him rental fees for the loaner because they said he didn't return it by the due date (clearly from the paperwork they could not do this because he returned it on the due date), and leave voice mails and emails to the point that it was harassment. Unprofessional, unethical bullies. Don't use this dealership. There are plenty good Acura dealers around. I know this because we own 3 Acuras. McGrath is the best and is worth the drive.

It went well. I dropped the car off the night before, was provided with a loaner. I was called that day indicating that they need to wait on a part and that my car would not be ready for a day or 2. No problem since I had a loaner car. They called 2 days later indicated the car was ready. I picked it up and was pleased with the work.

The staff in the service department at Muller's Woodfield Acura are professional courteous and knowledable. I have been bringing my Acuras here since the mid 1990's and have developed a high trust level with the folks here. They have given me a consistent heads up on deterioating condition of tires, brakes, etc. to prepare me for major expenses that are coming around the corner. They have gotten me scheduled on short notice and always communicate effectively, what the costs are going to be upfront, what services are for and which ones can wait for the next appointment. I highly reccommend the service department at Mullers Woodfield Acura for an honest professional approach to automotive repairs.

They are very thorough and excellent. Their service department is excellent. They're always very helpful. If ever there is a problem they always check with me first before they do any repairs you know they're very good. I think they're very fair and reasonable. Whatever they tell me it's going to be ready at a certain time it's always ready at that time.

i have been going to Mullers since i purchased my Acura Integra several years ago. they are professional and reasonably priced. i always feel well taken care of and confident in the condition of my car. i have 123,000 miles on my car and am going for 200,000. good service means alot to me and you bet i will look to this dealer first when i am considering a new or new to me vehicle.

I would not take a car any place else. I know they will do the work and I don't have to double check it. They are always concerned and will show you exactly what they are doing. If it is something that can wait they will tell you and if it needs to be fixed right away, they will let you know as well. If you get an oil change they check everything over as well. They make sure when you leave that you are driving a safe vehicle. I would not trust my car to anyone else. I believe their prices are reasonable.

The maintenance service itself was completed fine. Upon returning home, we noticed a deep thin gouge through the metal on the lower rear door. It is in an awkward location that could not occur by another vehicle striking our car; plus we were in the car and did not have an accident. This gouge was not there before we took it to Muller's. We immediately contacted Muller's where they denied the incident, did not check with the technician to determine what had happened, and after some back-and-forth, agreed to do a paint coating on the large gouge. We returned the car for this paint coating service. When the car was returned, the gouge is still markedly there - no visible paint treatment was done. It was disappointing in how they dismissed the damage done, implied that we had damaged the car, and did not take responsibility. As a former long-time customer of Muller Acura, their dismissive attitude confirmed that we will not be returning there for service again; nor will we choose to purchase a new car from them.

What impressed me the most was that they noticed that the Acura Days coupon I had included $50 off $100 or more of service, so they deducted $50 off my bill. Had they not noticed it I would have paid $50 more since I didn't know about it. They got the work done on time, gave me a nice loaner car to drive during the work time, returned the car well washed. They really do seem to strive for customer satisfaction.

I decided to try out Muller for the recall instead of the Acura place I normally go to, since Muller is rated so high on Angies list. Although the work may have taken a few minutes longer than originally estimated, they did get the car washed faster, and seemed to be very interested if I had had a good service experience or not, which I did. I will definately consider them for future maintenance work on my car.

They are excellent. If you can afford to buy a car here I would just for their service. They are so customer oriented. They go above and beyond. Just walking in the door they are at your command. Their waiting room has a stocked refrigerator with pop and refreshments if you want. If you have to sit there for longer than half an hour they provide a car for you to go do some shopping or whatever you want. They always have a car available for you, even if they have to rent you one. We have a warrenty and they don't try to make things look worse then they are to make you pay more.

Muller's has been very good and professional. It was the first car that we have bought from them. We have never had any problems with them whatsoever. The experience of buying a car from them was fine. We were quite happy with the way they handled everything. They are located in Arlington Heights.
