I recommend Mr Smith. He came, he saw, he repaired. He looked over our problem, knew exactly what should be done, gave us a price (very reasonable) and proceeded to fix it there and then. Mr. Smith is highly professional, reasonably priced, and was kind enough to help us with something else on the roof that needed work. We will be using him again for our other projects. PLEASE NOTE that another roofer called use through your system. We explained what was needed, and without even seeing the roof problem he told us over the phone that we would need a new roof. No, sorry. We have the professional we need from here on end.

Small roof repair job after minor wind damage and replaced worn rubber vent boots. Also removed an old TV dish. Work was quick and professional. Price was fair. Fred seems very knowledgeable and trustworthy.

Fred and his crew did an excellent job of removing and replacing the shingles on my roof. I was impressed with him and his crew: -- He was the first one on site, and he placed plywood down to protect driveway from dumpster. -- All afternoon during the install, I was counting 1-2-3-4-5-6 as the shingles were being nailed down. -- They also did a very good job cleaning up. For nails, I watched them blow out the gutters and run the magnet over the grass. -- The job was done prior to the July, very heavy, area-flooding rain storms, our roof has not leaked. -- After the first rain (a very heavy rain), a few nails washed out of the downspouts. I reported that to Fred. The next morning he and a helper were here, running a magnet and visually inspecting roof & gutters. The job was done for the quoted price, completed on time and the results look great. Fred's number is saved in my phone, so I can instantly refer Fred to any of my family & friends needing a roof contractor.

Had a water leak. He was very responsive and he came and fixed it on the spot. It turned out to be a small repair, very inexpensive. He didn't try to extract any money from me and he looked quite knowledgeable. So far so good - time will tell if it is fixed for good.

Fred was excellent. He called within 15 minutes of when I placed the inquiry and came out the same day to inspect the project. His crew started and finished the work the next business day. Nothing is really inexpensive these days, but his prices were fair and competitive and he did not require any up front payment until the project was completed. So far, so good.
