We hired Fitzgerald's based on the good reviews on this site. They were punctual and gave a fair price but the quality of work was lousy. They missed many spots on the yard and it looked as if they were using poor quality equipment because it was uneven as well. I gave them a second chance the next week and it was worse, they didn't even bother to weed whack. I called to cancel and they offered to come out again free of charge but I declined. 

Wonderful experience. Someone answered the phone when I called. They looked up our address and quoted us immediately. Lawn was cut early the next week. Great job. They offered to help my son bring in the garbage bins! Top notch!

Delivery of top soil went smoothly.  The dirt quality was nice and black.  
Core Aeration was done on a Saturday morning.  The service provider was polite and very efficient.  The price is higher than other quotes but was done on time.  I would higher again!

So far, the job seems fine. It’s going to take awhile for the weeds to die. I don’t have any complaints with them. Price was very competitive. They are very responsive. I haven’t been using them long enough so I have to re-evaluate the quality of service. I have no opinion because there are no results yet but as far as responsiveness and pricing are concerned, everything has gone very well.

They are a little on the pricey side but you get what you pay for. They respond very quickly and are very professional. They gave me everything in detail about what they were going to be doing and how they were going to do it. It was $320 for the spring clean up but I'd rather pay a little extra and be happy with the work.

I contacted the company Tuesday and they were able to perform services three days later.  Amy was very pleasant and informative.  I'm certain that we will be happy with the services that they will provide throughout the summer months.

This is the second summer that I've used them. They always show up when they say they will.

They are good.  They’re very prompt and they come when they’re supposed to.  They’re very professional in their follow-up and in providing any estimates I have asked for.  They have been spot on and very good.  I’m very satisfied with their service.

I ended up needing weekly landscape maintenance because of a recent injury, surgery and lengthy rehab. Unfortunately I still can't push a mower over my uneven yard. When I started calling around everyone was booked and had no room except the big names (tru-green etc..) who wanted exorbitant prices.
Fitzgerald responded promptly, answered all my questione, explained the first visit (kinda hairy because the grass had gotten soo long) and I was on the schedule.
The first visit, they did find the grass to be too high and had to come back the next day (Saturday) to spend more time taking it down a bit before going over it with the mowers. Overall, that cost ended up fairly reasonable ($86). I had one issue with the trim - they ripped holes in some snow fencing I use for my dog pens (mini potty pens) and I have not called about it yet. I ended up just killing off the grass around the pen (which has mulch) so they don't have to trim it and reinforcing the fence. Otherwise, I have no complaints.
The price is very reasonable, I usually get home from work on Mondays to a freshly cut lawn and the charge goes through that night.
Very happy overall.

The appointment was easy to set up. They were out within a few hours of me calling. They did a great job.
