This particular job, he and his assistant very quickly removed the old tank and installed the new one, checking and double-checking all the connections. He cleaned and restored the entire affected area where water damage had occurred and left it spotless. He even brought in fans and a giant dehumidifier to protect against any residual water damage.
Most important though, Dan saved me a significant amount of money on the job--at least $250 from quotes on new hot water tanks of the same quality elsewhere. So not only does Dan meet my expectations, he certainly exceeds my expectations by offering excellent services at very reasonable prices. Dan has certainly earned my repeat business and that being said, I give Dan's Handyman Service my highest recommendation.
