Good install but poor follow up on a remaining item.  There was a door jam that was the wrong color which Gino said he would take care of.  I paid him and never heard from him again despite many attempts.

The windows we replaced were original to the house. They were some 20 years old and were a basic builders model from a company no longer in business. Installers were actually early. It took the 3 men all day to get the old windows out, new windows in and the interior and exterior flashing and framing in pretty cold temps. These were large windows. They laid drop cloth down on the floors and stairs so they wouldn't track dirt and snow through the house. Even though it wasn't part of the purchase price they also installed a storm door which we had purchased. Two of the windows were long picture windows and they were able to come up with a plan to make them operating windows which will certainly help when the weather warms up. In our latest plunge of below zero temps these windows really showed little sign of frost build up compared to the remaining old original windows which had inches of frost build up. The windows were white vinyl on the exterior but a faux wood finish on the interior and Geno's color suggestion matched very well with the existing wood finishes in our home. We have had windows replaced before by another company but the quality of these windows along with the quality of the installation puts those other windows to shame. We will definitely use them again when we finish replacing the rest of our windows.

It took a total of 15 days from the date I signed the contract to completion of the job. The job was done in quick and professional manner over 2 days - the first day required some work inside and the second day was from the outside so that the tenant had only one day of inconvenience. They matched the trim to the other windows that had been replaced previously and threw in some soffit/drip line repair. Comparing the installed Alside window to the previously installed vinyl window I was amazed as how much more glass in the Alside replacement.

They were very prompt, professional, and timely. I wasn't there and gave them a key because they are very trustworthy. I was very satisfied and I would recommend their services. to anyone.

They arrived when they said they would and got right to work. The job took less than two hours and they did a beautiful job.

Geno and Advanced was great from the start. Geno was always responsive to emails and/or phone calls always responding within 5-6 business hours. Geno came to house to give me an estimate the next day and was patient (never called to check up on us) yet when I emailed or called him he was always there lending advice and answering questions about the process. Got quotes from 3 other area companies and Geno was by far the most professional and the lowest cost. Geno contacted me 3-4 days prior to start of work to inform me who/what time his crew would arrive. They arrived promptly each day and were always polite to me and my wife. Josh (foreman) and his group were always lending advice and going the extra mile to ensure the siding and everything would come out perfectly. During an estimate I made a mention to Geno about an issue with the roof and he remembered this and Josh took almost a half a day to insure the problem would not happen again even though it was not a "siding" related issue. One afternoon the guys noticed my wife putting my 2 year old down and they asked which room she was in to and left that area for last as to not disturb her... They really were that good. I can't not speak highly enough of Advanced and will continue to use them when it is time for windows.
