 + -1 moreI took the watch in in November. I got the watch back in February. It took them a while to get the watch back to me because they had a hard time finding the parts. They did superior work. I was very pleased. They even provided me training on how to properly wind my watch and care for it.
Description of Work: They repaired my pocket watch.

 + -1 moreA friend told me to go their based on their reputation. They do not live up to their reputation.
Description of Work: I bought a clock and they were suppose to do some repair on the outer box. The outer box had a finial missing(little piece on the top of the clock). This was a Banjo clock. They never replaced it and I got tired of waiting so I got my clock back.

 + -1 moreTHIS COMPANY WAS VERY GOOD. THEY TOOK GREAT CARE IN HANDLING MY VERY OLD CLOCK. THEY DID A GREAT JOB CLEANING IT UP AS WELL. THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. THE PRICES WERE VERY GOOD.
Description of Work: THE WATCH SHOP REPLACED A SPRING IN A VERY OLD CHIMING CLOCK. THEY CLEANED IT UP WHILE THEY HAD IT.
