Description of Work: We wanted to sell our home and needed it to look more fresh. We called this company based on a referral from a building manager in Chicago. They are twin brothers and they are what we consider to be the "perfect" home painter/plumbing/general handyman company. They drove out to Libertyville within a couple days of our call and walked through the entire home giving us advice on which parts should be repainted. They also said they could do plumbing, and we needed that since there was a slow leak in one of our pipes. We selected the rooms we wanted painted, showed them several "handyman" jobs we wanted performed and also requested the plumbing repairs.This job was expected to take 6-7 days since we needed most of the main-floor rooms painted and we also needed repairs and repainting of numerous floor moldings throughout the house. We also needed to have the outside of the front door repainted and the entire entrance to the house "cleaned up" via removal of old peeling paint and extra caulking material that was very ugly. We wanted the entire outside entrance repainted. In addition, they removed all the wallpaper and repainted a mudroom. They also repaired drywall that had a hole in it. They gave a detailed estimate of $2,250.00 plus cost of paint. We accepted their offer and they started the job early.
