Excellent. I thought I needed 3 pumps. Two are used as sump pumps. They said I needed only one! The other 2 were fine. This honesty saved me a lot of money. They also replaced 2 other parts which although quite cheap and easy to replace now saves me a future repair with the necessary labor cost.

They came in, did the work, and life was better.

I called the firm to come and look at some work that I needed done because I did not want any unexpected problems. An employee came and evaluated the work and suggested that I have some pipes and fittings replaced that were corroded while the water already needed to be shut off for the rest of the work. I agreed to his assessement . He made a list of everything that he needed to complete the entire job.
The was contacted by the same employee to schedule the job to which I agreed to the time to meet him at the jobsite.
I arrived at the jobsite prior to to appointed time and was contacted by the office that the employee was running late because he wanted to make sure he had everything he needed on the truck. He arrived approximately 45 minutes after after the time he suggested as the start time.
The work progressed well, however, he did not have everything he needed for the job. He had to call to have some materials delivered by another employee. I was surprised by this development because there was nothing hidden or new from when he first looked at the job.
I was contacted by the owner with the price the following day with a price. He stated that the cost of time for the delivery of the additional material was included in the charge. He would give me a lower cost when I asked.
I received an itemized bill the following day. I reviewed the itemized charges for the materials and determined that they were inflated many times the retail price. This substantially added to the final cost.
I would suggest getting an estimate prior to using this company and definitely get estimates from other companies.

The work turned out fine. Overall, my experience with them has been excellent. I use them routinely, and their work is very good. They clean up after themselves, and I usually don’t have any problems after they have finished. I use them for their plumbing services and not for their heating and air conditioning services. They are not the cheapest, but I don’t have any complaints. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

Their price was in the neighborhood of anybody else. They did a good job. They showed up 10 minutes early. We would use them again.

FIVE - SIX HOURS AND THE PRICE SEEMS LIKE A LOT FOR A RODDING UNTIL TAKING INTO THE CONSIDERATION THE AMOUNT OF WORK FOR THIS PROBLEM. I HAVE TREE ROOTS AND BELIEVE PRIOR RODDINGS BY DIFFERENT PLUMBING COMPANIES WERE DONE POORLY. THE MOST RECENT RODDING WAS ONLY 7 MONTHS PRIOR TO THIS PROBLEM. GLINKE WAS MUCH MORE THOROUGH THAN OTHERS, SQUEEZED ME IN A BUSY AFTERNOON AND HAD GOOD ADVICE. I WISHED I'D USED GLINKE ON EARLIER ROUTINE RODDINGS AND I THINK I WOULD HAVE AVOIDED FLOODING THIS TIME.

THE PLUMBER WAS ON TIME, ALTHOUGH PROGRESS OF JOB NOT AS ORIGINALLY ESTIMATED. PAID FOR WORK DONE BY PLUMBER THAT WAS TO BE DONE BY LESS EXPENSIVE JOURNEYMAN.
