Dick took me around to 14 different homes over the course of 7 weeks. Each house we walked into Dick would state "Not that this is the home for you, but if it were this is what you would want to plan on doing as soon as you moved in." He gave me basic tips on how to get the best bang for my buck back when the housing market was booming. I am new to Angie's list and I wanted to thank Dick for all the time he gave me.
