Their pricing was very high and they overcharged me. I compared their price with other companies and questioned them about their high price and they were very reluctant to reduce the price. Once the job was done, the door was not closing properly, so I called them back to rectify the problem and they said that they cannot fix the problem. There was also confusion about how the job was going to be billed. At one point, they told me that it would be a flat rate and then they said that it would be hourly rate. They finally billed me on an hourly basis. They were very unprofessional and I was very dissatisfied with their service.

I really liked that the guy that showed up to do the work was very nice and professional. He did take his time and made sure that the job was done right. Now, the door works a lot better now and does not make squeaking noises.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY GOOD ABOUT CALLING US BACK. THEY WERE HERE DOING THE JOB IN JUST A FEW DAYS. THE CREW WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WORKED HARD AND HAD THE DOOR DONE IN ABOUT THREE HOURS.
