I recently hired Cleaning Green Maids to do a deep cleaning of my my home, and I was thoroughly impressed with their work and attention to detail. Communication was seamless and the crew was extremely efficient. The booking process was a breeze, and they were able to accommodate my schedule without any hassle. The people answering the phone in the office were so nice, they went above and beyond. On the day of the cleaning, the team arrived promptly and ready to work. They came equipped with all the necessary supplies and wasted no time getting to work. What struck me the most was their meticulous approach to cleaning every nook and cranny of my home. From dusting to scrubbing floors, they left no stone unturned. Not only was the team efficient, but they were also incredibly respectful of my space. They handled my belongings with care and ensured that everything was returned to its rightful place once they were done. I've had many other services where I had to look for belongings afterwards because things had not put back in their original place. It was good to see that everything had been moved and cleaned underneath but that it had also been put where it belonged, where I didn't have to look for it later. In the end my home looked and felt like a brand new space. The attention to detail was truly remarkable, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. They are now our weekly cleaning service and my wife and I could not be more pleased. Great service

I am beyond THRILLED with this service! My husband and I moved to Hinsdale from downtown Chicago. We had a good cleaning company there. I had no major complaints. Cleaning Green blows that service away. The maid does such a fantastic job! Every little detail is done, every object is moved, nothing is cleaned AROUND (which I hate). There were many times my other company would not move items on the kitchen counters or clean all the way to the back of the counters. Or not move a waste basket or stuff on the book shelves. That never happens with you. Your maid doesn't miss ANYTHING. I love that :-) The maid also does beautiful beds, makes it feel so nice when you come home. She is always on time every time. The customer service is EXCELLENT. Because of them I have my peace of mind and my sanity back! Highly recommended

They do a good job!

I called this company on a Friday. I asked if there was a possibility they had someone available to clean our house the following day. They took my information and called me back. They did have someone that was available. She was to come and do "deep cleaning" and would work at an hourly rate of $37.00 per hour (looking back I can't believed I agreed to this). I was told over the phone that if I paid with a check, to give it to the cleaning lady in an envelope so she wouldn't loose it. Well, I discovered later that the reason he didn't want the cleaning lady to see the check is because she was only getting $10.00 per hour of the $37.00 per hour I was paying. In addition, the cleaning lady was told by her boss to take her time and spend as much time as needed on a cleaning task. She didn't know that I was paying by the hour until after being here a few hours when I told her that I only wanted her to stay until 1:00 at the latest because the dollar signs were piling up in the mind. What happened was, she did a great job cleaning, but really only had time to clean the bedrooms well (this is where she started) and then she had to rush through the rest of the house to be finished by 1:00. So I paid $185 for a semi-clean house (my house is only 1100 square feet)!!! The cleaning lady herself was very nice and professional. I felt awful that she was only getting $10 or the $37 per hour. I spoke to the contact person from the company after the cleaning and asked him how much money the cleaning lady would get for being here that day and he said he didn't know. In addition, I asked him how much it would cost if I had my house cleaned by their company once a month (I was really just curious) and they never called me back with a quote.
