+ -1 moreOver the last 20 years, I have built a new home from the ground up, and also lived thru numerous additions and renovations in other homes. In my profession I have worked with commercial builders as well many times over. Pat and his team provided a completely different experience. The quality and timeliness are unmatched. But the uber-professionalism made the experience outright pleasant. Pat and his team worked around a newborn and a new mom, making changes in 50% of the rooms of our current house plus a two level addition. Their attention to the finest detail, spotlessly clean work-site, creative, solution based management, and over-the-top thoughtful communication makes ALL the difference. Tom & Michelle Wake
Description of Work: Clairmont completed an addition which added a porch, wine cellar, andsittign room to two interior floors and a balcony above. From there we had them tackle many additional projects throughout the house, customizing solutions to our needs.
