They sell mid to high range stereos and audio visual stuff. I have not been there in the past couple of years because I buy stuff from them and they last forever but I have been using them since the '60s when their only location was just in Evanston. They delivered everything and they were willing to install it but I am an electrical engineer so I prefer to do it myself. They needed two or three guys to get the equipment into the basement because it was very heavy. Their pricing was reasonable since they have high end stuff. They are very knowledgeable and they have a lot of experience with the equipment. They have a very good service department but they only work on the stuff that they sell because that is their policy. They do not want to service something that is bought somewhere else. They have all been very good and they go by the first name basis there. There are some products that you pay the full price but sometimes they give you a little bit off but they are restricted on what they can charge. The quality of their products is very good. They also sell used equipment there.

Excellent. The prices are quite fair, the a/v equipment sold to me was top notch, and the installation (which was free) was done on time, professionally and cleanly. Manufacturer upgrades to existing equipment were performed as requested and the result was just as promised. I highly recommend Bruce and other others. They are up to date on a/v trends and very professional. Plus they are nice people.
