Services we offer

L shape stairs, U shaped stairs, We install and repair interior hardwood stairs and railings. We can replace your existing stairs completely or modify what you already have. We can do straight stairs, and most styles of railings. We work with most hardwoods and can do iron or wood balusters as well. We can produce what ever the customer wants. We can tear out and dispose of all existing stairs and parts being replaced. Last, curved stairs, we do service calls for repairs when necessary.

Gave a down payment b UT cancelled work later due to money needed for other obligations. It's been two months and still have not received a refund. Check allegedly mailed on two ocasions and now owner is hurt. No responses to calls and voicemail left on phone.

Kyle did a great job!  First, we were undecided if we wanted to keep the wood balusters, or try the wrought iron, and Kyle came and installed ~5 wrought iron ones just for us to see if we liked them or not (before we even officially hired him).  We decided we liked them, and he came and quickly did the job!  He was very easy to work with, and we are very happy with the results.  Kyle doesn't do finishing, but after the person we hired fell through -- Kyle recommended someone to us and gave us samples of his work.  All in all, we were very satisfied and would hire him again.

They were able to lift the counter top and remove the old dishwasher and install the new one.  If they could not lift the counter they were prepared to take out and replace the wood flooring if necessary.

Kyle build a mailbox and a light post out of wood. He gave me the quote the same day and told me that it would take about 10 days to complete the work. It was large mailbox that looked somewhat similar to our home, that we painted to match our home after he was done. It was a good quote and the work was timely. It was a great experience and I would call him again. He was definitely friendly, professional and his turn around was quick.

The work went really well. Kyle is very dependable and would answer my calls virtually at any time of day I would call. The house is very old and the structure is unven. Kyle took the time to explain how that would effect all the work being done in the home and how to fix it or work with it. He left those decisions up to me and I never thought he was just after more work to get more money. I originally only hired him to do floors, but I liked his work and personality so much that I I've had him do virtually any work that he can in this home. He is honest and a young go getter. Although his business is in its infancy, TWG puts out great work.

This person and assistant are amateurs but told us they were professional. They laid hardwood floor incorrectly, providing no gap for expansion around the walls and damaged by door jams and walls because of carelessness. They installed thresholds backwards. There was a hump in the floor and the installed short boards over it so now they protrude up. I have to have a professional installer remove and repair.
