I do not recommend this company. In the beginning, there was good communication. The cleaning was scheduled for 10am. I received a text at 8:30 "I have an eta of about 10:20-10:30. I am training new staff at a commercial account I have and it?s taking longer than expected. I hope this is ok please let me know. Thank you" They arrived around 11:30 and left at 1:30. The cleaning was ok. A lot of details were missed. The bathroom sinks were barely wiped out. And outside the shower area looks like it wasn?t even touched. The biggest issue was the undisclosed water spill from a glass left on the nightstand. I discovered it at 9:30pm when l was going to bed and there was water under my reading lamp on the nightstand. Soaking water was under the base of the floor lamp tower next to the nightstand, under the nightstand, and soaked into 2 boxes next to it. When I informed the owner about my concern, she denied that the spill happened! I do not recommend this company.

"Hi Katherine, Thank you for your review. I do apologize for the delay in my service time as I do commercial cleans and residential and have been swamped with work. I did communicate with you several times about the delay during training staff as I started off as a solo cleaner and due to volume am adding on new staff. When clients aren?t at home as you weren?t, I like to take before and after photos. I never have a problem coming back to rectify issues. I wish you the best."

My home looked spotless from top to bottom ? even the small things I didn?t think they would catch, they handled with care. They worked quickly but thoroughly, and the fresh, clean feeling after they left was worth every penny.
