"Dear Customer, If there are any issues with the gutters, you can always call us back and let us know, and we're happy to send someone back out to check out the problems. We do offer a first 2 rain or first month (whichever comes first) guarantee that the gutters will be clean and flow properly. We apologize about our tech's poor language skills. -Doug Business Manager"
"Dear Customer, We did all your spindles by hand. Your furniture was sprayed with restoration chemical in preparation process, because it was windy. We paid you back for you exterior chars. Customer did not like the color when a JOB WAS HAVE WAY DONE. Refused to pay for re-doing it so we went separate ways. After our initial visit, we had told you that we would clean everything up as we do the work. We were not informed of any damage to the plants as per your complaint directly to us. The staining was incomplete, as we had not done even one full coat of stain. We had only done the railings as much as we could in one day, and hadn't finished it off. . The over spray was a genuine accident, we hadn't realized that the wind would kick up so much of the chemical. We sincerely apologize about the poor experience you have had with our company. -Paul Rad Owner"
"Dear Customer, We apologize for the low quality work, however, if the work was performed closer to the late afternoon (around 4pm to 5pm), the evening sun makes it hard to see any spots or streaks we may have missed. If you give us a call, we always guarantee a return visit if the windows are not clean, free of charge. Paul Rad"
"We do about 10 deck restorations a week. Almost all customers are happy. If they are not, we come back and fix the problem. This deck was stained a solid color by customer's choice. It was raining after one hour of staining. Customers deck has a roof, so it would be impossible for rain to wash it off. When we came back later in a week to install a board that customer asked us to install, customer told us that he does not want to do anything with our company and closed a garage door. I send customer pictures of a deck before staining and after. Only then he agreed that deck was stained. I do not see how is this our fault if customer choose a color that he dislikes. If customer would not be that rude, we could come back and re-stain the deck in different color or stain it a second coat"
"Dear Customer, We sincerely apologize about our technician being late. We had thought he called you to let you know that he would be running late due to traffic. Our office closes at 3pm PST, hence why we didn't inform you, or our technician inform us. It was an honest mistake on our behalf, and we cannot apologize enough. Paul Rad"
