This company was supposed to coordinate the delivery and setup of furniture I purchased. The company they hired to deliver and set up the bed I purchased has "'no tools". How can you set up a platform bed with slats that need to be screwed into the bed frame with no tools? I have contaced both the retailer and HomeDirectUSA and have never even received a response from HomeDirectUSA. I have never dealt with such a lack of customer service before. It took over a month for the delivery - on the shipping side and I paid $260 for nothing. I ended up having to assemble the bed myself.

CONTRACTED BY CSN SOFAS.COM TO DELIVER CHAIR THAT WAS ORDERED ON DECEMBER 31,2009 WHICH HAD TO BE MANUFATURED. WHILE THERE WAS A 3-5 WEEK WAITING PERIOD FOR MANUFACTURING AND SHIPPING (SHIPPING & HANDLEING INCLUDED IN PRICE) FROM SANTE FE SPRINGS, CA. ON FEB 12TH CSN SOFAS EMAILED ME THAT CHAIR HAD BEEN SHIPPED, AND INCLUDED SHIPMENT TRACKING INFO IN THE E-MAIL. ON FEB 22ND I CHECED TO SEE WHERE THE CHAIR WAS. TRACER SHOWED THAT THE CHAIR HAD BEEN PICKED UP ON 2/11 AND UNLOADED IN FAIRFIELD, OH (15+/- MILES FROM MY HOME) ON 2/19. ON 3/1/10 I CALLED HOMEDIRECT TO INQUIRE JUST WHEN COULD I EXPECT DELIVERY WOULD BE MADE. SUBSEQUENTLY, I WAS INFORMED THAT I WOULD RECEIVE A CALL TO ESTABLISH A DELIVERY DATE. WHEN CALL WAS MADE (,ON 3/1) DELIVERY WAS SCHEDULED ON FOR FRIDAY, 3/5. ON 3/4 RECEIVED A PHONE CALL INFORMING ME IT WOULD BE NECESSARY TO CHANGE DELIVERY DATE TO 3/6 BETWEEN 1 AND 5 PM. ON SATURDAY AFTERNOON RECEIVED A CALL THAT DELIVERY WOULD BE MADE AT ABOUT 6:30 PM. WAYBILL NUMBER:ZEKMLZ
