Gil Kerbashian Home Loans

A friend and I had started our home purchases approximately at the same time, she used Wells Fargo and I used Mr. Kerbashian. I completed my transaction on-time as scheduled (actually were able to close early) while she was two weeks delayed due to an appraisal and underwriting issue. Not sure if that means anything because we're all different but they seemed like great buyers also. She had to stay in a hotel for two weeks, I was in my home. Gil told us it was a serious transaction and remained connected all the way through. My friends loan officer hardly returned calls. Sorry but there is a difference. I'm very glad to have chosen a local lender.

We had just moved from Sante Fe and were renting. Our lease was up and there was no room for error, i.e. cancelled closing or late closing. It was a very stressful time. The loan was handled professionally and closed on time. Everything Mr. Kerbashian promised was delivered. I've heard horror stories but we didn't experience any. It was a fine process.
