I needed to have 4 sofa/loveseat cushions re-stuffed, they'd gotten to be a little too 'cushy'. My mom had used Mario's services many years ago and was very please w/him. Even though he's moved out of the Hillside location he's still taking calls, for work on the number. I called Mario on a Wednesday night and because I live in the city, I thought it best to drop the cushions off at my mom's house (in the burbs) for Mario to pick them up, on Thursday evening. He gave me a time as to when he'd be at my mom's house, and when he was running late he called to notify her of such. Mario and his adorable little helper (his son) showed up, promptly, at my mom's house at the re-negotiated time. Please note that my mom had already taken my cushions to another upholstery vendor and got a price quote, a smidge lower than Mario. When I showed him the quote he said he'd honor that quote (over his) and do the work!!! WOW was I pleased. Moreover, Mario said he could DELIVER my cushions to me on Saturday - IN THE CITY!!! Needless to say I was over joyed. Mario used Medium -Firm filler. I have my cushions and they're AMAZING - the couch and loveseat sit like NEW!! Thank you Mario - I hope to see you soon...I have my eye on a piece that I'm looking to re-upholster.
