THEY HANDLE MORTGAGES IN NORTHEAST IL AND SOUTHEAST WI -- WILL COME TO YOU. WE HAD TO RESCHEDULE SEVERAL TIMES, AND I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD CALL ME IN ONE WEEK WITH A PRE-APPROVAL, BUT IT ACTUALLY TOOK 2 WEEKS, AND I HAD TO LEAVE A COUPLE OF MESSAGES TO GET A CALL BACK. BUT I HAD A MORE DIFFICULT LOAN (NOT QUITE PERFECT CREDIT) AND THEY SHOPPED AROUND TO FIND ME A LENDER THAT COULD DO THE MORTGAGE AND KEPT THE RATE FAIRLY LOW. DID NOT OVERCHARGE ME ON CLOSING COSTS.
