 + -1 moreAfter 3 failed attempts during the coldest months of Chicago from another company to diagnose the problem, All Temps showed up, and in one look identified the problem and solved it. No more fear the furnace will stop heating in winter. I was so pleased, I immediately signed up for regular servicing by All Temps for both my furnace and AC.

 + -1 moreGreat! Turned out that it was a simple problem. We had had a part replaced six months earlier and had another technician out after it seemed to stop working. The technician, Anthony, was really terrific. The problem was simple, but he took the time to inspect the rest of the system.

 + -1 moreThey were great; they were so great and they still are. We keep using them for the repairs and the maintenance, and we've referred them to other people. They were referred to us and then we referred them on because we thought they were good. They installed it and it was pretty painless and they were just really good about it.
Description of Work: They put in the system and then they do the check-ups; that was part of the deal, they gave a warranty.
