Lake Shore Carpe was horrible. They did a terrible installation of the carpet. The designer did not say anything to me when she was out. The carpet should have been gorgeous. They came in and slapped it in. They cut out the bottom and cut the seem wrong. We had to uninstall it and take it out. Do not go near them. They said they were going to help us out, but they did not follow up on the work that they did. They did not make sure the job was done right. It was horrible.
