Larry was very polite and set up the equipment and explained to me what it was all for. He also told me the radon test would be a 48hr test and that I would be receiving an email with the detected levels of radon in the house. Well, it is April 6th and I have yet to receive that email! My Realtor did call him to get the result of the test because she needed it to send the inspection response to the seller's. However, I am his customer and I paid for his services and he has not contacted me with any results at all. I will not ever use or recommend his services to anyone.
UPDATE - On 5/10/13 Larry contacted me regarding this review. After our discussion it was determined that this was a case of a lack of communication by all parties involved. Larry was not aware that I had never received the report. He did offer to refund my money and we both apologized to each other for the misunderstanding. I am changing my rating of his company and services from a D to a B.

"The customer order the radon test through her home inspector. The inspection company relays the customers info which indicated no email address available. The realtor was suppose to forward the email address when she got it from her client. The radon test was picked up and emailed to the realtor that evening since I did not have the email yet. I wish the client would have called me right away with any concerns. I confirmed"
