WE WERE PLEASED AT FIRST WITH THE RESPONSIVENESS OF THE COMPANY IN ATTEMPTING TO FIX THE PROBLEM, BUT EACH TIME IT IS ONLY REPAIRED UNTIL YOU OPEN THE DOORS OF THE UNIT. WE HAVE ASKED THAT THE HINGES BE REPLACED AFTER THE FIRST COUPLE OF ATTEMPTS BUT THEY WERE NOT EVEN AFTER THE FOURTH TIME A TECHNICIAN WAS SENT OUT. THE DOOR ARE NOW BADLY WARPED AND WE DON'T THINK NEW HINGES WILL EVEN WORK AT THIS POINT.

"We have been out to the home 4 times. The first 3 times were with the same technician and the 4th with a different tech. Most of the times needed leveling because the owner moved the unit and couldn't level it on their own- this at great expense to us. Both technicians state there is nothing wrong with the unit- simply operator error. Dan Kennedy, President"

How can you resist a 50% off Kincaid sale? I was interested in the Gathering House line. Lindsay Dickerson, interior designer, was busy with clients when I arrived at the store so Nick graciously filled in for her so I would not have to wait. He was well informed on this line of furniture and patiently spent a long time with me and answered all of my questions. Delivery was estimated to be November first and I was ecstatic when it arrived early; I had not even moved yet. They happily kept it in the warehouse until after the move. It's now all in place and looks wonderful!
