Cabinets, electrical work, door and window hanging, faucet installation and floors all have to be redone. They left holes in the walls and did no painting. Window won't open because they installed a refrigerator cabinet 3" too far into the kitchen. Moulding is coming off. They left a message in the basement. They tore out the hallway and floorboards are sticking into the headspace. Thank goodness Studio 41 and Marvin stood behind their products and corrected some of D's mistakes. Tim Dirsmith has reportedly declared bankruptcy.

EXTREME DISHONESTY OF OWNER. FINISH CARPENTERS WERE VERY GOOD AND POLITE. EXTERIOR WORKERS WERE VERY ROUGH AND SLOPPY. ELECTRICIAN WAS INCOMPETENT. PLUMBER WAS GOOD BUT INEXPERIENCED. HAD NO DESIGN SKILLS, DESPITE CLAIMS. GARAGE UNUSABLE. WAS OVER CHARGED BY A WHOPPING $100,000.

THEY ARE THE CLEANEST GUYS THAT GOD EVER CREATED! THEY COME IN WITH BIG WHITE LINEN DROP CLOTHS AND CLEAN EVERYTHING UP AS SOON AS THEY ARE DONE. I CAN'T PRAISE THEM HIGHLY ENOUGH. THEY ARE GREAT AND THEY DO WONDERFUL WORK. YOU GET GREAT VALUE FOR THE COST AND TIM IS A WONDERFUL GUY.
