We went here because we wanted the best and didn’t mind to overpay for that. Issues at every turn. After months of trying to get the correct plumbing fixtures they finally gave up and told us to go elsewhere because “we aren’t plumbers and don’t know how this stuff works”. They sold us shower fixtures and a tub, the diverter valve was for showers only – not complicated stuff. The worst was them ordering the wrong expensive kitchen cabinets. After waiting six months for delivery and the wrong cabinets showing up we realized we should have taken the warning signs of the sales person misspelling our names, incorrectly writing down our phone numbers and address… every single time. Worst is the management could care less, wouldn’t even offer up a vague apology or refund our money on the stuff that didn’t fit. We’re stuck with Ikea looking cabinets and useless plumbing hardware.

Studio 41 is the place where dreams can become reality. The showroom is huge, and they have just about anything you can think of to create the kitchen or bathroom of your dreams. My sales associate, Susie Greenberg couldn't have been any more helpful. She took me around and demonstrated for me any faucet that I was interested in and was able to tell me all about each one's features. She was able to show me faucets in a variety of finishes as well as price points, and was so patient with me--even when I second guessed my initial purchase and returned it for a different model. They were very willing to please. Susie directed me to check out their heavily discounted sales area where we were able to purchase a gorgeous sink that perfectly fit in my kitchen and gave it a nice upgrade at a very good price. She also suggested that new cabinet pulls could update the looks of my nice but dated kitchen cabinets for a small amount of money. She helped me choose some, and they have really have made a nice improvement. A lot of bang for the buck!
I wouldn't hesitate to return to Studio 41 when we are ready to do a major rehab. They have all the latest fixtures, very competitive prices, and a staff that knows their business.

I was extremely happy. The person that I worked with, Nan, was very knowledgeable about kitchen design.  We only had one kind of design issue, but it was something that nobody would’ve known until it actually happened (nothing I felt was their responsibility). Their price was good, but part of that was because the installer passed along their discount to us. Overall it was a great experience with Studio 41.

I still haven’t purchased the toilet. I would, however; the location is convenient to me. They have high-quality products at a good price, if you purchase it yourself (instead of having the plumber buy the item for you).

Everything has been going well overall. The only small issue we had was with a showerhead that seems to have an issue with the spray, but we haven’t returned to the store yet to address the issue.

The experience went very well overall. I walked in to Studio 41, and described something that I had seen on the internet and wanted to buy. The sales lady was able to figure out what I needed, and I had ordered the part. She was helpful.

It went well. My wife and I went to look at several options, and we decided upon one option. We were able to purchase all the parts at Studio 41. I had another contractor install them.

We loved them! They were reasonably-priced and very helpful. I’m happy with their services and I’d recommend them to others.

They were wonderful. A friend of mine completed her kitchen around the same time as mine, and the difference in quality between our cabinets is incredibly noticeable. I was very impressed with the designer that I worked with. She was very responsive. I installed a glass cook top, and was thinking about installing a small drop down door in front of the top. She went out of her way to contact the manufacture of the cook top to determine whether or not they recommend the dropdown door. She really went above and beyond; it saved me some money and also protected my investment in the cook top. I was very pleased with their services and I’ve already recommended them to others.

There were some mistakes.  It was a big order and so that was expected.  It took a long time to get the mistakes fixed.  I would possibly use their services again in the future.

Their delivery was right on time.  They had great ideas for design and colors.  Any conversation I had with them went so smoothly.  I dealt with the store in Schaumburg and would happily go again.

We were looking for higher quality, one-stop shop for our new range hood, sink and faucet. Studio 41 in Highland Park fit the bill perfectly. Our sales person was very helpful and the selection is amazing. Took a little over a week for delivery. Everything arrived on time and in perfect condition.
