I had known Rick slightly back in high school, and had run into him recently at an event. He mentioned his shop, and I filed that information in the back of my mind. A few months later, my Audi was in a minor accident and needed some bodywork. Checking Angie’s List for recommendations, I looked up Rick’s shop. Glowing reviews. Well, seemed like a nice guy, customers liked his work; why not bring my business to him? Good decision ... excellent work, on schedule, friendly and helpful staff, smooth interface with my insurance company, car rental place a few doors down. And they even returned the car to me cleaned inside and out. Great operation.

The service took a little longer, due to them writing for the auto insurance estimate but it was work the wait. Looks like new. We had to pay our deductible for service but without it the bill was $3400.00

Rick's Auto is one of the most professional and helpful businesses that I've had the pleasure to work with.  Having been on the receiving end of two collisions within a 3 month time span, I've had the pleasure of working with Rick and his staff quite a bit lately. They've worked seamlessly with my insurance carrier, done estimates and provided information quickly and conveniently and completed the repairs in expert fashion.  I've never given anyone a review on any site (just not my thing....) but I feel that a company that is run like Rick's should be publicly congratulated.........especially these days.

They have wonderful people that work there. If I walk in the door, the receptionist girl is fantastic and very nice. They are professional. They have been doing this for a long time and they stand behind their work. They do everything. They are concerned and care about me. They are just terrific. They are honest as well.
