It's unfortunate that your experience was subpar as we always aim to optimize our client's requests and pull together their dream kitchen.    We want to address your concerns and add light to some of the circumstances you mentioned.     In your comment, you mentioned that we ordered the incorrect cabinet codes and that the cabinet company disengaged business with us. This information is incorrect; Prestigious Kitchen & Home Design chose to end the contract with the manufacturer as a result of the mishaps experienced with your project. We are selective with the cabinet companies we work with and this incident was unexpected and not a reflection of how we do business.    We discontinued our partnership with them for these specific reasons: (1) upon receiving your order, products arrived damaged and when we ordered a replacement (2) the manufacturer took weeks longer than what we anticipated (3) additionally when we would communicate specific requests for your projects via email, messages were left unread and communication would be lost by the manufacturer.    In the instances that the manufacturer was at fault, we went above and beyond to provide you with exceptional customer service and support. We refunded you for the plywood construction and worked around the clock to meet construction timelines. We always made you a priority client when manufacturing errors were an issue.    It was always a pleasure being there for you each step of the way.
