They delivered the wrong appliances and the salesman were very sloppy. Their customer service was very poor. The delivery guys were very good.

SALES SERVICE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND FAIR. DELIVERY SERVICE IS CONTRACTED OUT, BUT WAS VERY WELL DONE. THEY CALLED EARLY AM, SHOWED UP WHEN AGREED, TOOK AWAY OLD APPLIANCES & USED STRAPS TO CARRY APPLIANCES UP AND DOWN BASEMENT STEPS INSTEAD OF DOLLIES. NO DAMAGE TO FLOORS OR WALLS. QUICK AND PROFESSIONAL.
