 + -1 moreTHE PROBLEM LAY NOT IN THE SERVICE, BUT IN THEIR LAX ATTITUDE TOWARD TIMELY COMPLETION AND NOTIFYING US. IN SPITE OF THE FACT THAT I EMPHASIZED THEY SHOULD CALL ME, THEY CALLED MY HUSBAND'S CELL, WHICH MEANT SENDING THE COMPUTER TO MY DAUGHTER AT COLLEGE WAS DELAYED ANOTHER DAY. THEIR 'RESTITUTION' (BRINGING THE COMPTUER TO THE HOUSE) WAS INADEQUATE. I TOLD DAN I WOULD BE UNHAPPY WITH ANYTHING LESS THAN THEIR FED-EXING THE COMPUTER; THIS MOVED HIM NOT AT ALL.
Description of Work: WE HAD THEM REPLACE THE HARD DRIVE ON A LAPTOP.
