Fred was our salesperson. He guided us through the selection, showing us the best buys -- not the most expensive -- for our needs, then came out to remeasure when we had questions about stair options, called during installation to make sure all was going well, and was absolutely wonderful during and after the whole process. After 55 years of married life with many moves and recarpeting experiences, this was tops, thanks to him.

The service was excellent.  I would put them on the top of the list.  Two guys came out and it took them about a half day to complete it.  They did a good cleaning up.  They gave me an estimate, scheduled a time and they came out and did a great job.
