We bought a new house that appears to have had past water damage. Because the side yard seems to slope toward the house we wanted to work on a plan to fix the drainage. We contacted Nancy and she came to our house, helped us get a topographic survey done and then told us areas that we should be concerned about initially. Eventually, we will be working on a master plan for the property, but we want to live in the house for a while first and see how we use it.
