 + 0 moreKyle was responsive, flexible and communicative. The only reason they got a B for punctuality was that they were late. Having said that, they were in constant communication and I told them not to worry about it. Unfortunately, the tent was still up when the record breaking storm came through the area. The crew had to dismantle most of the tent in the wind and rain. The entire transaction went VERY smoothly. I must have called close to 20 rental companies. Mutual's was not the cheapest, but they were close. I liked Kyle's personality and personal attention. I'd recommend them to anyone. Thanks for a job well done.
Description of Work: This was NOT an easy task. I hired Mutual for a tent and table and chair rental for a SURPRISE party. The park district gave us a stipulation that we could not anchor the tent with stakes. We had to use water barrels.

Description of Work: I WAS REPLACING MY METAL FLOOR VENT COVERS WITH WOOD TO MATCH MY FLOORS. SOUGHT INFORMATION AND MATERIALS ON FLOOR HEATING VENT COVERS, UNFINISHED OAK, AND ASSISTANCE IN CHOOSING STAIN, VARNISH AND BRUSHES IN ORDER TO DO THIS PROJECT MYSELF.
