I am a service member who is living out of state and rent my house. My tenants called to state that the kichen sink was leaking. I called Little Tommy's Plumbing Shop, Inc. The first day they attempted to clear the obstruction and charged $522. I was told they would attempt to clear the main line but might require further procedures. They quoted me a fee of $310. They charged $388. They then said the garbage disposal should be replaced. The wanted to replace my 3/4 horsepower unit with the cheaper Badger 5 but charge me 25% more than the average $400 fee to replace the unit. I would definitely ask what equipment/appliances they are going to use. I am disappointed with the hot water heater they installed also.

Mickey was very professional and did thorough work on the water pipes in our 1/2 bathroom on the main level. Tom was very professional and provided good insight as to what was the cause of the leaking problem. He even recommended bringing in an HVAC person because he realized this was beyond of the scope of the work his company did and he wanted to get the job done correctly without any further incidents I would recommend Little Tommy's Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

Mike and Javier did excellent work. Took 4 days to completely re-pipe house which was the estimated time. Added shutoff valves to make it easy to isolate parts of the house if necessary. Work was very neat and organized. They cleaned up after themselves and were very professional. Loved working with them. House now has terrific water pressure. Have used Little Tommy's for other work and would HIGHLY recommend them.

Great! Mike did a great job, He worked through the difficulties of this tight water heater installion. Between him and Tommy they fiqured out the best way to get through his tight installation that my other plumber that I had used for 25yrs didn't want to do. They are great! and guess what? Little Tommys is my new plumber now!

I was a former Municipal Building Director. All of "Little Tommy's technicians are either apprentice level or fully licensed plumbers. Fully qualified to do the work needed to perform necessary repairs or necessary maintenance. They always provide a full description of the problem and the solution. Fair prices, fast and clean service with a fair warranty. A Plumbing Company I trust and I was in the business for over 20 years. I highly recommend "Little Tommy's", and use him for all of my daughters(5) houses , too.

It was a difficult install because there was not a lot of room under my sink and the original faucet was stuck and had to be sawed off the granite counter top which was stressful but the technician handled it beautifully.

We've been using little Tommy's. There were a couple of things outside where they didn't glue a couple of connections together. Fortunately, it was outside. I didn't realize they weren't glued and came apart and washed a bunch of dirt and that out.

I think that it is expensive for what they did. They are local. They do a fine job. They came out the same day.

They showed up right at 8AM and worked throughout the day. The job involved removing two old hot water heaters and replacing it with two high efficiency direct vent water heaters. They replaced all the copper piping and added shut offs to help isolate each heater for in and out flows. They laid down drop cloths throughout the house and swept when they had finished. I believe Mike was the tech and he showed true old school craftsmanship. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about Little Tommys. We had them out today for an odd plumbing issue; the two guys who helped us arrived within two hours of our call and were knowledgeable, kind, courteous, and charged a very fair price for their services. They even got a few laughs out of me during an otherwise stressful/difficult situation! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable plumber!

Steve, the plumber who took care of our problem was at the house 5 minutes earlier than the appointment time   I helped him narrow down the location of the leak.  He neatly removed a small area of drywall below the leak.  He determined that the leak was a bad seal at the base of one of the toilets on the second floor.  He removed the toilet and old seal and then installed a new seal  and reinstalled the toilet.  Total time from arrival to departure was one hour.

Before he did the work, he explained that they work on a quoted fee based upon the worked needed.  Even after the "senior discount", the fee for this "operation" per a printed pricelist that he showed me, was $293, about 12% less than it would have been if I was not a "senior".  As explained when I called to set up an appointment, the service call would be $89, which would be omitted if we proceeded with the work, so my total cost was $293.  I think that this cost was excessive for a total of 1 hour labor and a few dollars for the wax seal.  Having been in the business of construction engineering before I retired a year ago, the value of this work should not have been more than half of what I paid.  Although I am satisfied with the promptness of the plumber and the quality of the work, be aware that cost will be high.

Installation was perfect.  No problems.

It was great. The guy was pleasant and did his job and fixed the sink and the tub.

This company charged a minimum charge of $89 to dispatch a plumber.  The plumber then quoted the price of the job, which was $286 to rod out the bathtub drain.  The plumber seemed competent and knowledgeable, and willingly answered questions about his work.   We only wish the work would have been a little less expensive.  It only took one hour.
