Description of Work: Had an old central vac from the previous owner of our house, it was a little, shall we say....quirky? Anyway, Mike came out and looked at everything, gave me a price quote for a new system, and talked me through all the plusses and minuses of the different brands. I ended up buying a new central vac unit and tools. Mike came back out about a week later and did the install, correcting all the things wrong with the previous installation. These folks couldn't be more responsive or nicer.
