Since I do not want others to have a bad experience with Stan Szymel and Joanna Szymel as I did when I worked with them under a different name, I am compelled to inform home owners that Keystone Builders Inc is one of several names that Stan Syzmel and his wife, Joanna Syzmel have used for their business. They have used 3 different names since 2004 - Keystone Builders Inc, Classic Homes by Keystone Builders and Chateaus Villas and Cottages Inc. I strongly advise you to do your due diligence and check out the customer reviews on other websites (1 star ratings) for Chateaus Villas and Cottages, which seems to be the name they have been using recently. In good conscience, I recommend that you do not work with this firm or any firm operated by Stan Szymel and Joanna Szymel. Generally, when a firms uses and changes their name multiple times, it is a red flag to stay away. Do your research and give your business to a reputable and deserving firm that does honest work.

WE INTERVIEWED FOUR BUILDERS AND KEYSTONE WAS BY FAR THE MOST ATTENTIVE, PROFESSIONAL AND FAIRLY PRICED. THE HUSBAND AND WIFE PARTNERS HAVE BEEN DOING REMODELING WORK FOR TEN YEARS AND THEY HAVE APPROACHED THE BIDDING PART OF OUR PROJECT WITH AN INCREDIBLE AMOUNT OF ENERGY AND ENTHUSIASM. ALL OF THEIR REFERENCES SAID THAT STAN AND JOANNA (KEYSTONE OWNERS) WILL BUILD YOU AN ADDITION AND BECOME TRUSTED FRIENDS ALONG THE WAY. WE ARE CONFIDENT THAT THIS SMALLER BUILDER WILL DO A GREAT JOB AND WILL KEEP ANGIE'S LIST POSTED. MY ATTORNEY JUST FINISHED REVIEWING THE KEYSTONE BUILDING CONTRACT AND COMMENTED THAT IN 8 YEARS OF PRACTICE HE HAS YET TO SEE A MORE FAIR CONTRACT. WE START CONSTRUCTION NEXT WEEK WITH KEYSTONE AND I WILL LET ANGIE'S LIST KNOW HOW IT GOES.
