This was the worst experience ever! ESE(David Yakov/David Amir) did not have the expertise to do the work properly and solve the problems associated with their work. The quality of their work was generally substandard. When ESE relocated the heating ducts to increase the ceiling height, we lost a good portion of the heating in a substantial portion of the house. They promised much more than they could produce, tried to raise the price of the job, and begged to collect money that was not due until completion of the job. At the end of the job, we refused to pay the final portion of the bill until they fixed the heating problem. Instead of fixing the heating problem, ESE waited until we were not home and then destroyed the book shelves and the entire office area included the desks and cabinetry for which they had been paid. We had to hire another heating contractor to fix the errors ESE created and another carpenter to complete the work ESE destroyed. This added more than $7,500 additional to the amount we paid ESE. This a remodeling nightmare that we hope no other member must ever endure.
