 + -1 moreRick was on time, courteous, and professional. He communicated clearly and explained what was needed for our piano. Definitely plan to have them out regularly to keep our piano in good shape.

 + -1 moreDebi always does a fine job tuning our piano, and is punctual and pleasant company. I especially like the attention to detail: she replaces the felt on the piano bench legs so they don't scratch the floor and tightens any loose bolts. She also recommends other maintenance items to consider, and whether I can wait to do them. I never feel pressured to do more, and she treats my piano well even though it isn't a Steinway Grand.
Description of Work: Tuned our piano, recommended maintenance.

 + -1 moreRICK DOES A VERY GOOD JOB TUNING AND IS PUNCTUAL AND FRIENDLY. THEY CALL THE DAY BEFORE TO CONFIRM APPOINTMENTS AND THEIR PRICE SEEMS ABOUT THE SAME AS THE OTHER TUNERS I'VE HAD. BONUS POINTS FOR DOING REPAIRS AT NO ADDITIONAL COST IF THEY TAKE LESS THAN 15 MINUTES AND FOR THE LOVELY MUSIC HE PLAYS FOR YOU TO CHECK THE TUNING. HE ALSO ASKS US TO TRY OUT THE TUNING BEFORE HE LEAVES TO MAKE SURE WE ARE SATISFIES WITH IT.
Description of Work: RICK SHANDLING TUNES OUR SPINET PIANO ABOUT EVERY SIX MONTHS AND RECOMMENDS PROPER PLACEMENT IN THE HOUSE AND REPAIRS WHEN NECESSARY.
