The service was accessed on line and is very easy to use. I went on line - reviewed the full line of gift baskets to choose from which ranged in price from under $30 to over $100. The choices were seasonally and categorically arranged, so you could choose an anniversary, birthday or specific holiday gift. Not only are the gift baskets beautifully assembled, they are sent on time and Sue even follows up with a thank you card to the sender with a photo of how the basket looked when it was sent. The people that I have sent them to, loved the baskets.
