RGM Granite

Originally, this company seemed to be doing a good job, as our first countertop sub took off. They came and measured one day and 24 hours later returned with the finished product. Now onto the bad, one of the countertop pieces grain was different from the rest of the kitchen pieces. The kitchen granite was not sealed properly, so it will show spots. When the workers were cleaning the granite in my master bath with acetone, they got some on a couple of the drawers and ruined the finish. I had talked to the boss Max on several occassions to rectify this and he said he would send someone out to fix the problems. On one occasion someone did show up, just 6 hours late and I had to send them off since I was right in the middle of cooking dinner and nothing can be on the countertops after they have been sealed for several hours. I wanted to resolve this, and I guess this is the best possible answer, I will reseal these counters myself. Be wary of something that looks to good to be true!
