"Member, We thank you for your timely report. I am on vacation, but received this for the 2nd x and felt you deserved 'a timely reply'. Without the input from our Customer we would not know there was a 'problem' with the system. Each job has areas that sometimes have the need to be pretreated for the chemical to do it's job - it would seem as if there may have been an over dose and/or a larger area than needed at a time to work in to accomplish the task. Our kitchen girls are sometimes zealous with giving the most they can to help the 'Wow' factor of what we can Degrease and clean. You giving use a gentle reminder is appreciated. Our communication should have included observation and advising to you about the handle. Sorry if we failed you on that. Is there a reason I should contact you to replace or repair? Lastly, we do spray, clean, wash, rinse and dry as needed. You may not have seen all things, but this was brought to attention of contractors. And I am so sorry for the over-spray on or by the pet center of your home. Not a good thing. Pets are our family and sometimes our medicine. With this we would like to offer you (1) one Free hour of cleaning at no cost and no other cleaning obligations OR add an additional hour($30.00 value) for your next cleaning. "I do recall that I had made a trip to your home to give you an estimate for the job description you wanted done in your home before the cleaning was scheduled. As we walked through I gathered information, with you advising me on the “how, who, what, and where” of the cleaning services you previously had or had not received. After we toured your home, I estimated that the cost would be $250.00 to $325.00 for the First Time Detailing. Your home is beautiful with natural wood and many eclectic items. The cost for the First Time Detailing would then allow HAYS Cleaning to maintain your home for the $150.00 cost that you requested. HAYS staff is trained to give Quality First - Quantity Second. I do recall communicating with you both before and after HAYS cleaned your home, so that we did not assume things. I believe that with the quality of services we did complete, you expressed that HAYS did well, but you just thought that the whole house should have been completed. Let's not overlook that we did complete the house, but the job on the first floor got much less detail, given the $150.00 allowed budget. We are pleased that you have found your 'comfort zone'.
