EXQUISITE INTERIORS

We have used them in the past, and in the past, they did a fantastic job. This time, we contracted them with a prime and two coats. One of the painted rooms did not look like it and my wife challenged them on it and found out that as they put it with their prime, they had put the coloring in so the prime and one coat would be the same thing. My wife said that was not acceptable because we went with a prime plus two coats. They made it good after being challenged and it looked good finally. It is just that we have used them for years so why would they pull that one on us. The painting was good, but just the thing they tried to pull took their rating down. Our contact person was John Damien. They were very responsive though. We would not use them again because of what they did. If we have not used them before, we may say that it is a typical painter, but we have used them three or four times in the past and to pull that having used them many times is no more.
